LYN AI LLC ("LYN AI", "we", "us", "our") is a limited liability company registered at 407 Lincoln Rd, Ste 708, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States. We build AI-powered systems for businesses.
What information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, phone number and message content.
- Chatbot conversations: your name, email address, phone number and preferred call time when you use our booking assistant.
- Email correspondence: any information you include when you email us directly.
We do not sell, share or transfer your personal information to any third party.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use the following types:

We will never send you unsolicited marketing emails. If we start a newsletter in the future, it will be strictly opt-in.
How we store your information
Contact form data is sent via your email client (mailto link) and is not stored on our servers. Chatbot conversation data is processed client-side in your browser and is not transmitted to any server or database — it exists only during your browsing session and is discarded when you close the page.
Automated decision-making (GDPR Article 22)
The LYN AI Assistant chatbot on this website is a rule-based pattern matcher, not a fully autonomous artificial intelligence. It follows a scripted conversation flow to understand what you need and to offer you a call with Nadia. It does not make legal, financial, or otherwise significant decisions about you, and it does not build a profile on you.
Under Article 22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. Because our chatbot does not make such decisions, Article 22 is not triggered by your interaction with it. You may nonetheless object to any automated interaction at any time by closing the chat window or by contacting us directly at hello@lyn-ai.ai, and a human will take over the conversation within 24 hours.
EU AI Act compliance
Under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the "EU AI Act"), our chatbot is classified as a limited-risk AI system. In accordance with Article 50 of the Act, we disclose to you before any interaction begins that you are communicating with an automated system rather than a human. The chatbot uses pattern matching rather than generative AI and does not produce synthetic text, images, audio, or video.
We retain any information you share with the chatbot only so that Nadia can follow up with you in person. You may request the deletion of your chat data at any time by contacting us at hello@lyn-ai.ai, and we will honour the request within 30 days.
Third-party services
This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, CA). Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of their hosting infrastructure. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
